Lisa Migliore, General Manager

Hi there! I’m Lisa Migliore, and I am thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you. Currently, I serve as the General Manager of Crystal Lake Village, where I bring over 25 years of dedicated experience in property management. My career spans a diverse range of settings, from managing manufactured home properties to overseeing luxurious RV resorts. Each role has been a stepping stone, allowing me to develop a unique perspective on the needs of residents and guests in these vibrant communities.

I originally hail from New Jersey, but I proudly call Florida my home after living here for the past 14 years. My love for the sunshine state is matched only by my enthusiasm for the great outdoors. For eight amazing years, I embraced the full-time RV lifestyle, traveling and exploring the beautiful landscapes of this incredible country. This experience not only deepened my appreciation for community living but also honed my skills in providing top-notch service to fellow RV enthusiasts and residents alike.

Outside of work, I find joy in fishing, boating, and making memories with my grandkids. There’s nothing quite like the joy of spending quality time with family, whether we’re out on the water or sharing stories around the dinner table. I believe that life is all about enjoying each moment, and I strive to make every day enjoyable for both myself and those around me.

As I continue my work here at Crystal Lake Village, my goal remains the same: to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone who calls our community home. I am energized by the opportunity to lead a team that shares my vision of excellence in property management. Together, we work hard to ensure that our residents feel valued, connected, and enriched by their living experience.

Jodi Susco, Regional Operations Manager

Jodi Susco the Regional Operations Manager is originally from Minnesota and has been with Rickert Properties for over 18 years. Jodi loves to read books, spend time with family & friends, and cares for the resident’s furry friends by carrying treats in her golf cart! We are happy to have Jodi aboard our Rickert Properties team as she does an exceptional job in keeping the community looking fantastic.
