Jen Czerepka – General Manager
Ms. Czerepka is General Manager of Crystal Lake, a role which includes oversight of the day-to-day operations of this 55+ manufactured home and RV community located in Wauchula, FL. Prior to joining the Crystal Lake team, she spent over 20 years as an educator, most recently as a pre-school director. She is a true Floridian, not only born and raised in the Sunshine State but also a graduate of both the University of Florida where she received a bachelor’s degree and Tallahassee Community College where she received an associate’s degree. When not at work, Ms. Czerepka enjoys spending time on the water.
Jodi Susco, Regional Operations Manager
Jodi Susco the Regional Operations Manager is originally from Minnesota and has been with Rickert Properties for over 18 years. Jodi loves to read books, spend time with family & friends, and cares for the resident’s furry friends by carrying treats in her golf cart! We are happy to have Jodi aboard our Rickert Properties team as she does an exceptional job in keeping the community looking fantastic.
